I assume you’re switching because you don’t want to contribute to your employee’s 401k plans. I don’t blame you. Times are tough and companies are looking for ways to cut corners.
As an employee however, I would be a little upset at this switch. They appreciate any contribution an employer makes to their retirement fund. To lose that says to the employee that the company may not be doing that well.
My recommendation is to stick to your current 401k plan. Roth IRAs are for pussy-ass haters with dicks up their shitters.
